Typical SMT Manufacturing Process

1.Material Loading: Load SMT components onto the pick-and-place machine.

2.Solder Paste Printing: Apply solder paste to the PCB using a stencil printer.

3.Placement: High-speed precision pick-and-place machines accurately place SMT components onto designated PCB pads.

4.Reflow Soldering: The PCB passes through a reflow oven, where heat melts the solder paste, forming strong solder joints between components and the PCB.

5.Inspection: Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) or X-ray inspection is carried out to ensure proper soldering quality and detect any potential defects.
